Fish Chowder and Haddock Suppers
All Saints Parish, Brunswick
St. Charles Borromeo Church, 132 McKeen Street, Brunswick - Lenten Haddock Chowder takeout will be available on the Fridays of Lent from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The cost is $10 per person for the homemade fish chowder, oyster crackers, and a wrapped dessert. Proceeds benefit Midcoast Hunger Prevention, The Tedford Shelter, The Gathering Place, Habitat for Humanity, 7 Rivers Maine, Oasis Free Clinics, and the People Plus Teen Center.
Christ the Divine Mercy Parish, East Millinocket
St. Martin of Tours Church, 19 Colby Street, Millinocket - Beginning March 1, a fish fry will be held in the hall of St. Martin of Tours Church from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The dinners are sponsored by Knights of Columbus Council #680 and will include fried fish, French fries, coleslaw, and dessert. The cost is $12 per person.
Corpus Christi Parish, Winslow
Notre Dame du Perpetual Secours Church, 116 Silver Street, Waterville - Friday Fish Chowder Suppers will be held in the hall of Notre Dame du Perpetual Secours Church on the Fridays of Lent from 3:45 p.m. to 6 p.m. The meal includes fish chowder, biscuits, dessert, and a beverage. You can dine in or take out. The cost is $12 per person with a maximum of $25 per family. The suppers are sponsored by Knights of Columbus Council 13486.
Good Shepherd Parish, Saco
Most Holy Trinity Church Hall, 271 Main Street, Saco - Haddock dinners will be served on the Fridays of Lent from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. You can sit in or take out. The cost is $12 for adults and $7 for students (age 12 and under). Proceeds benefit St. James School in Biddeford.
St. Anthony of Padua Parish, Westbrook
St. Anne Church, 299 Main Street, Gorham - The Knights of Columbus will hold their weekly Lenten haddock dinners on the Fridays of Lent from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the church hall. The dinner includes baked haddock, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, peas, a roll, and dessert. The cost is $14 for adults. Kids can enjoy pizza for $6. Takeout is available, but there is not a drive-through.
St. Hyacinth Church, 268 Brown Street, Westbrook - The St. Hyacinth Daughters of Isabella will serve haddock dinners in the church hall on the Fridays of Lent. Takeout will be available from 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., followed by dine-in from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The meal includes baked haddock, mashed potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, a roll, and dessert and a beverage. The cost is $10 for adults and $6 for children under age 12.
St. John Paul II Parish, Scarborough
St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 150 Black Point Road, Scarborough - Knights of Columbus Council 8144 will sponsor Lenten baked haddock dinners in the hall of St. Maximilian Church, on the Fridays during Lent from February 17 - March 22, excluding March 15. Meals will be eat-in or take out and will consist of baked haddock, macaroni and cheese, potatoes, mixed vegetables, coleslaw and dessert. Coffee and punch are included with eat-in meals. The cost is $12 for an adult, $5 for children under 12, and $30 for a family. Minors 18 and under will need to be accompanied by an adult to purchase a ticket, stand in the buffet line, or get dessert.
St. Michael Parish, Augusta
St. Augustine Church Hall, 75 Northern Avenue, Augusta - Knights of Columbus Council 334 will hold fish fry dinners on the Fridays of Lent from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the St. Augustine Church Hall. The meal includes fried fish, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, dessert, and coffee. You can eat in or take out. The cost is $10 per person with a $40 maximum per family. Children age 6 and under eat for free. Proceeds benefit St. Michael Parish.
St. Paul the Apostle Parish, Bangor
St. Paul the Apostle Parish in Bangor will be serving fish chowder on Lenten Fridays in the church hall of St. John Church, 217 York Street in Bangor. The meal is sponsored by Knight of Columbus Pine Cone Council 114. There is no charge, but donations are appreciated.
St. Thérèse of Lisieux Parish & St. Thomas School, Sanford
St. Thomas School, 69 North Avenue, Sanford - The Knights of Columbus will be serving Friday fish dinners on the Fridays of Lent at 4:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of St. Thomas School.

Sacred Heart Church, 8 Sacred Heart Place, Auburn - A simple soup meal will be served at 5 p.m., followed by Stations of the Cross at 6 p.m.
