The donations will help Shepherd's Godparent in Bangor.
A special collection will be held during all Masses in Maine churches on Dec. 10-11 to help over 30,000 elderly Catholic sisters, brothers, and religious order priests.
Thanks to hundreds of registrants and two teams of tireless volunteers, annual fundraising road races in Biddeford and Sanford on November 5 were huge successes once again.
