Position Description

Saint Dominic Academy is searching for a caring and student-centered professional to teach High School Mathematics. The teacher will work in a faith-filled, dynamic, and collaborative environment with other High School Instructors.

The ideal candidate is a practicing Roman Catholic who is passionate about Mathematics, including Pre-Calculus and Statistics.

Reports to: The position reports to the Principal of the Middle/High School

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education
  • Positive, creative, solution-oriented temperament
  • Experience teaching in the classroom

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Maine Certification (or eligibility) in Secondary Mathematics
