Holy Cross School is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.  This position is responsible for staffing the main office and providing administrative and office related services to the principal.  Duties include managing access to the school, maintaining the visitors log, answering phones and other office and school related duties. 

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, work well with others, and have strong organizational, administrative and communication skills.  Candidate must be willing to function in a manner consistent with the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church; active, practicing Catholic preferred.

The position is full-time during the school year with the possibility of part-time hours during summer/breaks.
