All Saints Parish seeks a full-time, 40 hours per week, bookkeeper. The bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records and a general ledger, ensuring timely deposits and recordkeeping, maintaining payable and cash requirement systems including check preparation, preparing monthly reconciliations and verifications as needed, assisting in preparing budgets, and providing support with administration tasks as needed. 

The successful candidate will have a solid background in bookkeeping and a minimum of three years' experience as a full-charge bookkeeper, preferably with non-profit organizations. Familiarity with Sage Intacct accounting software is preferred; however training will be provided. Knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith is a plus.
