The peaceful vigils are part of a 40-day campaign aimed at ending abortion through prayer, fasting, and community outreach.

A special event celebrating the gift of the Eucharist and God’s creation is set for Sunday, August 13.

A Mass in memory of Bishop Joseph Gerry, OSB, will be celebrated at St. Martin of Tours Church in Millinocket on Saturday, July 22, at 11 a.m. 

The weekend celebration will feature live music, food, and children’s activities.
