Seminarian Vinh Nguyen will be ordained to the transitional diaconate by Bishop James Ruggieri on Saturday, June 13, at 10 a.m. at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Portland.

Bishop James Ruggieri will celebrate Mass during the 41st La Kermesse Festival, a celebration of Franco-American culture in Biddeford.
