Blessing of the Animals - Gray

The Parish of the Holy Eucharist invites people to bring their pets for a blessing on Saturday, October 4. This tradition is in remembrance of St. Francis of Assisi who loved all creatures. In this blessing, we ask God to grant that the animals may serve our needs and, by his grace, that we may be sustained and protected.
The parish will hold the Blessing of the Animals at 9:30 am at St. Gregory the Great Church in Gray or at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church in Yarmouth.
