The Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (June 11, 2023), also known as the Feast of Corpus Christi, is a celebration of the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist.
St. Michael Parish will hold a Solemnity of Corpus Christi procession and celebration on June 22 at St. Augustine Church, 75 Northern Avenue in Augusta.
Following the 10 a.m. Mass at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 307 Congress Street in Portland, there will be a Feast of Corpus Christi eucharistic procession with the Blessed Sacrament through the streets of Portland to bear public witness to our faith in the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist.

On June 24, the Church celebrates the Nativity of St. John the Baptist. The day is a solemnity, the highest-ranking liturgical celebration in our Church. Such is the importance of St. John the Baptist that it is only one of three birthdays the Church celebrates, the others being the Nativity of Our Lord and the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord plans a daylong celebration of the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus on Friday, June 27, at Holy Family Church in Old Town.
