Saint Dominic Academy Graduation Set for Auburn on Friday; Valedictorian, Salutatorian Announced
AUBURN---Bishop Robert Deeley and Saint Dominic Academy Principal Alanna Stevenson will oversee graduation exercises at Saint Dominic Academy on Friday, May 26, starting at 6:30 p.m. The graduation ceremony will be held at the school’s Auburn campus located on 121 Gracelawn Road.
The academy’s valedictorian for the 2023 class is Laura Wong, and the salutatorian is Abigail Mitchell. The other top ten students are Ava Apodaca, Ethan Berube, Natalie Brocke, Brianna Frederick, Miles Frenette, Matthew Gould, Camren Samson, and Chloe Whited.
Graduating seniors have been accepted at Arizona State University (Polytechnic), Assumption University, Bentley University, Brandeis University, Bryant University, Central Maine Community College, East Carolina University, Emmanuel College, Endicott College, Florida Atlantic University, Gordon College, High Point University, Husson University, Lasell University, Maine Maritime Academy, Merrimack College, Montana State University, New York Institute of Technology, Penn State (Altoona), Penn State (University Park), Plymouth State University, Roger Williams University, Saint Anselm University, Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, Saint Michael’s College, Salve Regina University, Savannah College of Art and Design, St. Petersburg College, Stonehill College, The University of Tampa, University of Tennessee (Knoxville), Thomas College, University of Connecticut, University of Maine, University of Massachusetts (Amherst), University of Massachusetts (Lowell), University of Missouri (Columbia), University of New England, University of New Hampshire (Main Campus), University of Rhode Island, University South Florida (Main Campus), University of Southern Maine, Virginia Tech University, Washington County Community College, Wentworth Institute of Technology, Worcester Polytech Institute, and Xavier University.
Friday marks the 78th commencement at Saint Dominic Academy.
A Baccalaureate Mass will be held tonight (Thursday, May 25) at 6:30 p.m. at Holy Cross Church on 1080 Lisbon Street in Lewiston. All are welcome to attend.
