Children are invited to learn how to make pisanki, intricately decorated Easter eggs, at St. Louis Church in Portland on Sunday, April 6, at 12;45 p.m.
The Polish custom of decorating eggs for Easter is a centuries old tradition. “Written” with designs rich in symbolism such as rebirth, beauty, and fertility, these eggs are often exchanged among family and friends on Easter morning.
All materials will be supplied. An adult session will be held Sunday, March 30, 1245 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at St. Louis Church
