Musica Sacra Advent - Bangor

St. Paul the Apostle Parish will offer to opportunities to enjoy the sacred music of the season at St. John Catholic Church, 217 York Street in Bangor.
On Sunday, December 10, at 7:00 p.m., the Chamber Choir of St. John Church, directed by Kevin Birch, will present Musica Sacra Advent, featuring the works of Johann Sebastian Bach, Grayston Ives Felix Mendelssohn, Tomás Luis de Victoria, and John Rutter.
The following Sunday, December 17, at 3:00 p.m., Musica Sacra Christmas will feature the youth and adult choirs of St. John Church performing choral and instrumental favorites.
Admission will not be charged for either event. Donations will be accepted to support food assistance in the community.
