St. Michael School is seeking an after-school program director starting the 2024-25 academic year. Ideal candidates will be able to effectively manage this program, supervise aftercare staff, and communicate well with students and families.
The chief responsibilities of this position include planning and providing a high quality after school enrichment program for children; researching and implementing new program offerings; ensuring that employees create a safe and joyful learning environment; communicating effectively with parents and teachers; interacting and communicating with children in a calm, kind, and nurturing manner; and understanding and supporting the unique strengths of each child and staff member.
