Bishop Ruggieri's Schedule

On September 20th, St. Matthew Church in Limerick will be hosting a SEEK Local retreat at St. Matthew Church with keynote speaker Bishop James Ruggieri.

Local, state, and federal law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency personnel, and all in public safety will be recognized for their faithful commitment and self-sacrifice at the Blue Mass.

Bishop Ruggieri will celebrate Mass for the 175th anniversary of St. Gabriel Church in Winterport.

The Parish of the Holy Eucharist invites all to the Transitus of St. Francis of Assisi. Join us at Holy Martyrs Church on Friday, October 3 at 6:30pm to commemorate St. Francis' passing from this life into eternity with Bishop Ruggieri. This service will include Evening Prayer I and the recitation of prayers related to St. Francis' life and death.

Bishop James Ruggieri will preside at a Holy Hour at 4:30 p.m. followed by Evening Prayer at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Portland.

Join us to honor one of our newest saints with a newly renovated chapel. The St. Carlo Acutis Veneration Chapel at St. Anne's Church in Gorham will be formally dedicated on Sunday October 12 at 11:00 AM. Bishop Ruggieri will be the celebrant for this special mass.

Bishop James Ruggieri will celebrate the Red Mass on Tuesday, October 21, at 4 p.m. in the chapel of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 307 Congress Street in Portland. A reception will follow.

Bishop James Ruggieri will celebrate at Respect Life Mass at 4:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Wisdom Church/The Newman Center at the University of Maine. Mass will be followed by a Eucharistic procession, benediction, dinner and awards ceremony.
