Lenten Fish Fry dinners are being held on he Fridays of Lent in the hall of St. Augustine Church, 75 Northern Avenue in Augusta.
The St. Anne Knights of Columbus will serve haddock dinners on the Fridays of Lent, 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., in the hall of St. Anne Church, 299 Main Street in Gorham.
Knights of Columbus Council 2344 will sponsor Lenten Fish Dinners on the Fridays of Lent, except March 13, in the hall of St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 150 Black Point Road in Scarborough.
Lenten Chowder Fest Dinners will be held on the Fridays of Lent in the hall of St. Charles Borromeo Church in Brunswick.
St. Paul the Apostle Parish in Bangor will be serving fish chowder on Lenten Fridays in the church hall of St. John Church, 217 York Street in Bangor, following the 5:30 p.m. Mass.
An Easter egg hunt for children will be held at at St. Pius X Church in Portland on Sunday, April 12, following the 9:30 a.m. Mass.
The 18th Harvest Ball is set for Saturday, October 24, at the Holiday Inn By the Bay on 88 Spring Street in Portland. The ball, hosted by Bishop James Ruggieri, will include a social hour, silent auction, dinner, the music and great company.
