Bishop Deeley will celebrate Mass at St. Mary Church at 11 a.m.

Bishop Deeley will celebrate the Mass at St. Peter Church at 4 p.m.

For 100 years, St. Christopher Church on Peaks Island has been not only the center of Catholic life on the island, but a source of service, community, and inspiration for the 1,000 year-round residents.

Bishop Robert Deeley will join parishioners and community members for the 100th anniversary celebration at St. Mary Church, located on 276 King Street in Oxford, on Saturday, July 29. All are welcome to attend this special event.

Bishop James Ruggieri will celebrate the annual Neophyte Mass on Sunday, May 31, at 4 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Portland.

A special re-dedication Mass with Bishop Robert Deeley on Sunday, June 11, at 10:30 a.m., will serve as the culmination of years of work, tireless effort, and faith by the community of Our Lady of Ransom Church on Elm Street in Mechanic Falls. All are welcome to gather at the celebration.

The Portland Peninsula & Island Parishes will hold the annual Blessing of the Fleet at the Maine State Pier on Sunday, June 30.

Mizpah, located on 129 Doucette Road in Grand Isle, will begin offering Catholic Masses again starting on Friday, June 2. Masses will be offered on the first Friday of each month (June 2, July 7, August 4, September 1, October 6) and all are welcome to participate. The Masses will begin at 1 p.m. (2 p.m. Canadian time).
