Maintenance Coordinator

Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish has an immediate opening for a full time Maintenance Coordinator.  In collaboration with the Pastor, the Coordinator oversees ongoing maintenance and improvement of the churches and other physical plant of the Parish.  Responsibilities include: directing the maintenance and improvement of Parish properties; overseeing contracts and contractors engaged by the parish to assist in buildings and grounds maintenance and improvement, and ensures functional operations of the Parish.  Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of experience with building maintenance and/or the trades is required.  2-3 years of experience supervising staff and working in a collaborative environment and a practicing Catholic or someone who respects and enthusiastically supports the mission and purpose of the Church.
