May Crowning - Portland
Sunday, May 5 from 10:30 AM to 10:50 AM
All are invited to join faith formation children from Our Lady of Hope Parish for a May crowning ceremony, which will be held Sunday, May 5, immediately following the 9:30 a.m. Mass at St. Pius X Church.
The children will process to a statue of Mary and place flowers around her and a floral wreath on her head. There will be a brief prayer, and Marian hymns will be sung.
In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the parish hall.
