St. Ignatius Apartments
The Diocesan Housing Bureau seeks a full-time maintenance person to support St. Ignatius Apartments in Sanford. The responsibilities include the repair or installation of faucets, toilets, and dishwashers; minor drywall repair; touch up painting; door repair (adjusting strike plates, hinges, closers, and other hardware, adjusting or repairing doors, repairing or changing locks); shoveling, snow blowing, salting, and sanding; turnover cleaning of appliances, counters, cupboards, and floors; and interacting in a courteous manner with tenants.
