Watercolor with Mandalas Lenten Retreat
Using watercolor and mandalas, participants will reflect on how to live as Easter people in a Good Friday world.
The mandala process used is by symbol, placement, and color. Participants assess the mandala circle to discover answers to questions asked. Next is to paint the assessments, creating your watercolor mandalas. Creative people and artists alike will learn many beneficial watercolor techniques during this retreat.
The retreat will be led by Mary Rich, who received her certification in spiritual direction and for mandala assessment from the Mercy Center, Colorado Springs, CO.
Arrival is Monday at 4 p.m. with supper at 5:30 p.m. The program begins at 7 p.m. The retreat concludes on Monday following a noon meal.
The cost is $255 for those staying overnight and $150 for commuters.
