Father Kieran Monahan, OFM

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Rev. Kieran Monahan, OFM, 76, who died on Sunday, January 12, 2014, in Massachusetts.

Father Monahan professed solemn vows in Troy, New York, in 1962.  During his more than 50 years as a priest, he served in secondary education, in parish ministry and in hospital ministry. Among his many assignments as a priest, Father Kieran served at St. Peter Parish in Portland.

Please pray also for the consolation of his friends and family, natural and religious.

May Kieran's soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
