Class on the Mass - Rumford

Thursday, June 12 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM

What is more familiar to a Catholic than the Mass? This is the backbone of our week, the heart of our faith, the place where heaven meets earth. And yet, the liturgy is rich with deep mysteries that often remain hidden.

The Parish of the Holy Savior will host a four-week series on the Mass, led by seminarian Nick Hershbine, on Thursday evenings from June 12 to July 6. Sessions will be held at St. Athanasius & St. John Parish Hall from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Learn the meaning of the actions, objects, and symbols of the liturgy and how to enter more deeply into these mysteries at every Mass. Encounter God more profoundly in the liturgy and allow Him to transform your life.

June 12: Worship, Mystical Signs, and Sacred Spaces

June 19: Encounter with the Word of God

June 26: The Mass as Sacrifice
