St. John Paul II Parish is seeking an organist for St. Bartholomew Church in Cape Elizabeth. The primary responsibility will be to provide accompaniment for the 9 a.m. Sunday Mass, as well as 5 p.m. Mass on holy days of obligation. Opportunities for occasional funeral and wedding Masses, as well as substitute at weekend Masses in other churches within our parish, are possible.
The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic with familiarity and knowledge of Catholic liturgy and experience with music accompaniment on the organ.
