Associate Director of Advancement
Mother Cabrini Maine Catholic Education Initiative
The Diocese of Portland in Maine is seeking to hire an Associate Director of Advancement for the Mother Cabrini Maine Catholic Education Initiative. This position supports the mission of Catholic education in Maine by assisting in the planning, execution, and evaluation of fundraising initiatives across diocesan schools.
Reporting to the Advancement Director for the Cabrini Fund, this role focuses on donor engagement, grant writing, marketing, and strategic outreach to strengthen financial support for Catholic schools.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in implementing annual, major and planned giving campaigns,
- Creating and working with the Director on messaging, marketing and social media,
- Maintaining accurate donor records and reporting systems.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of successful development experience including major gifts and donor relations, have social media and website proficiency and be an active practicing Catholic with a deep commitment to Catholic Education.
