Homemade Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
½ pint (1 cup) heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
In a medium bowl, with an electric beater on high speed, whip the cream for 1 minute. Add the sugar; continue whipping for 3 to 4 more minutes, or until stiff peaks form.
