Prayers, reflections, and readings commemorating the 300th anniversary of the killing of Father Sebastian Râle will be shared at Holy Martyrs of North America Church in Falmouth, on Sunday, August 25, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The 17th Harvest Ball is set for Saturday, October 4, at the Holiday Inn By the Bay on 88 Spring Street in Portland. The ball, hosted by Bishop James Ruggieri, will include a social hour, silent auction, dinner, the music and great company.

Bishop Ruggieri will join with parishioners in celebrating the 50th anniversary of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Windham.

Bishop James Ruggieri will join in the celebration of the 100th St. Peter's Italian Bazaar with a Mass on August 10 at 4 p.m. at St. Peter Church in Portland. 

St. Matthew Parish in Limerick will hold its 40th annual Funshine Fair on July 26 , 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Sunday, July 27, 8 a.m. to noon. In addition, a clothing booth will be open July 21-25, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
