The popular Theology in the County series returns April 25 with a presentation from Trent Horn of Catholic Answers on “The Beginner’s Guide to Defending Your Faith.” Horn will join via livestream, but the gathering will be in person at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 12 Chapman Road in Presque Isle.

A Rosary Rally with the traveling statue of Our Lady of Fatima will be held at St. Luce church in Frenchvile on Saturday, April 13,at 3 p.m., prior to the 4 p.m. Mass

All high school youth are invited to celebrate the Catholic faith, to hear from local speakers, participate in workshops and engage in fun activities. Our prayer time together will include Eucharistic Adoration and the celebration of the Sunday (or Vigil) Mass.

The Diocese of Portland will host a celebration of Evening Prayer (Vespers) and Benediction followed by a reception to honor Bishop Robert P. Deeley as he completes 10 years of service as the 12th Bishop of Portland.

An Easter egg hunt for children, along with a pancake breakfast, will be held at at St. Pius X Church in Portland on Sunday, April 7, following the 9:30 a.m. Children will be able to hunt for eggs inside the parish hall and outside the church.
