St. Mary of the Visitation Parish will have two Holy Hours for Peace and Consolation on Friday, February 6: at St. Agnes Church, 76 Sewall Street in Island Falls, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. and St. Mary of the Visitation Church, 112 Military Street in Houlton, from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. followed by Mass at 6:30 p.m. and a potluck dinner.
Our Lady of Hope Parish will have a Service of Prayer for Peace, Healing, and Justice at St. Pius X Church, 492 Ocean Avenue in Portland, on Thursday, February 5 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

In response, Bishop James Ruggieri invites the faithful to gather for a Holy Hour for Peace and Consolation on Friday, February 6, at 6 p.m. in the chapel of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. To kick-off the beginning of 40 Days for Life, a pro-life Rosary will be prayed at Sacred Heart Church in Hallowell on Sunday, February 15, at 1:15 p.m. followed by a 2 p.m. rally in the church hall.
