Executive Assistant to the Vicar General

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Portland, Maine is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Vicar General, the Chancellor, and the offices within Priestly Services. This role manages scheduling, executive correspondence, and sensitive documentation while coordinating projects and communications. This position coordinates daily administrative operations, prepares confidential documentation, supports meetings and boards, coordinates communication among various departments, maintains an orderly filing system and assists with events and programs.
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of comparable administrative experience; excellent organizational, communication and follow through skills, be comfortable drafting executive style correspondence, a demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
