The Chancery has an immediate opening for Diocesan Bookkeeper. This full time position responsible for general bookkeeping duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. This position supports a number of parishes and/or schools throughout the Diocese.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with bookkeeping and a knowledge of general record keeping and bookkeeping practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel required.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality are paramount. Active, practicing Catholic preferred.
