Theology of the County to begin fall series on October 17 with a presentation by Father Kyle Doustou
PRESQUE ISLE--- The fall series of Theology of the County will begin on Tuesday, October 17, at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Chapman Street in Presque Isle.
The guest presenter will be Father Kyle Doustou, pastor of the Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord in Old Town, whose topic will be “Angels, Demons, and Spirits in the Catholic tradition.”
Theology in the County provides an opportunity for adults (18+) to gather in a casual setting for challenging and relevant presentations on the Catholic faith and how it applies to daily life. It also gives adults the chance to network with one another and to experience the Catholic community beyond their own parishes.
The October session will begin with social time at 5:30 p.m., followed by a meal at 6 p.m., which will be an all-you-can-eat taco bar with chips. Please bring your own beverage. Father Doustou’s presentation will begin at 6:30 p.m., after which there will be time for informal discussion and questions.
There is a suggested donation of $10.
