In an effort to do all they can to help all Maine individuals and families receive the food they need, parishes across the state offer community meals, soup kitchens, and food pantries for people of all faiths to utilize.

The pantry is inside the front doors to the right and is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. A “Blessing Box” in front of the building provides food for any who needs it 24/7 and is an opportunity to donate for those who have the means.

There is a small food pantry at the entrance to the community building across from the church. It is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. There is also a “Blessing Box” that faces the street in front of the building. The box provides food for those who need it and an opportunity to donate for those who have the means.
The Tri-Town Ministerial Association Food Pantry is also located in the building and is open Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In addition, Catholic Charities Maine’s Food Bank, supported by the annual Catholic Appeal, provides food assistance to tens of thousands of people in Aroostook County and beyond through nearly 30 food pantries. St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Gorham, Westbrook, and Windham supply 300 bagged lunches for local homeless every Tuesday. Many parishes host weekly and monthly lunches for seniors and offer food assistance on special occasions like preparing Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets.
