Sunday, November 13, is the World Day of the Poor, a day established by Pope Francis in 2017 for Catholics to "reflect on how poverty is at the very heart of the Gospel." The theme for 2022 is "For your sakes, Christ became poor" (2 Cor 8:9).

All high schoolers are welcome to gather for “Attitude of Gratitude: Thanksgiving and the Eucharist” on Sunday, November 20, at the hall of Most Holy Trinity Church in Saco from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The focus will be on increasing our thankfulness, especially for the gift of the Eucharist.
A Thanksgiving Breakfast will be held at St. Philip Church, located on 404 Goodwins Mills Road in Lyman, on Sunday, November 20, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. All proceeds will benefit St. James School in Biddeford.
A Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. on Veterans Day at St. Martin of Tours Church, located on 19 Colby Street in Millinocket.
