Hundreds of active and retired local, state, and federal law enforcement officers, firefighters, and emergency personnel will be recognized for their faithful commitment and self-sacrifice at the Blue Mass, celebrated by Bishop Deeley.

The Saint Joseph College of Maine’s Center for Faith and Spirituality will present the free, online event with the award-winning author.

The peaceful vigils are part of a 40-day campaign aimed at ending abortion through prayer, fasting, and community outreach.

A special event celebrating the gift of the Eucharist and God’s creation is set for Sunday, August 13.

A Mass in memory of Bishop Joseph Gerry, OSB, will be celebrated at St. Martin of Tours Church in Millinocket on Saturday, July 22, at 11 a.m. 

The weekend celebration will feature live music, food, and children’s activities.
