Bishop Ruggieri announces priest assignment in the Diocese of Portland

Reverend Ndukong Kilian has been appointed parochial vicar for St. Paul the Apostle Parish in Bangor, effective September 13, 2024. A native of Cameroon, Fr. Kilian previously served in a number of capacities in the Diocese of Kumbo, most recently as a parish priest for Saint Mary's Parish Nkar and as dean of Nkar Deanery. Prior to that role, Fr. Kilian was a parish priest and manager of schools in St. John the Baptist Parish Ngondzen and dean of Tatum Deanery. He has also served as chaplain of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary for Cameroon, as well as rector of Saint Aloysius Minor Seminary Kitiwum and director of vocations. He served as a parish priest in Saint Kizito's Parish Melim and diocesan master of ceremonies for the Diocese of Kumbo.
