Director of Development
Catholic Foundation of Maine
The Catholic Foundation of Maine seeks a Director of Development to lead coordinated, integrated, donor-focused efforts which raise funds that enable the Catholic Church in Maine to do the work entrusted to it by the Lord. The director’s duties include but are not limited to: providing fundraising leadership and service to parish clergy and lay leaders, Catholic school leaders, and individual Catholics; managing Capital Campaigns; and planning and implementing donor stewardship, parish offertory, and special collections.
The successful candidate will be an active member of the Roman Catholic Church, possess a minimum of 10 years of development experience with proven success working on annual, major, and planned gifts, and thoroughly understand the components of building and managing a diversified funding base.
