Surviving the Holidays - Saco

The Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons can be difficult times of year for those who have lost loved ones. To help people work their way through the challenging moments that may lie ahead, Good Shepherd Parish will offer a presentation entitled “Surviving the Holidays.”

The program provides biblical-based support through prayer, a video presentation, and group discussion, during which people may share their own stories in support of one another. Participants will learn tips for planning the holiday season, what to do about traditions that now may need to change, and advice on how to handle the many emotions they will be experiencing.
