Circle of Grace Final School Report for School Year 2024-2025

Please note the following:

• Report ONLY on enrolled children.
• All those not trained require an OPT-OUT form either signed by the parent or, if they refuse or are unreachable, completed by the teacher or principal.
• The OPT-OUT form needs to account for all children in the family who have not been trained.
• Complete required lessons with children by October 15. If you have difficulty meeting this date, contact Marianne Pelletier .
