Fifth Grade Teacher

Saint Dominic Academy is seeking a dedicated, faith‑centered 5th Grade Teacher who brings strong instructional skills, a love for children, and a commitment to Catholic education. The ideal candidate fosters a structured, caring classroom environment where students grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

This teacher will lead instruction in core subjects, integrate the school mission and values throughout the day, and collaborate with colleagues to support a united school community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required)
• Maine State teaching certification or ability to obtain appropriate credentials
• Experience teaching upper elementary students (preferred)
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to contribute to the broader life of the school community
