Personal Assistant to the Bishop

The Personal Assistant to the Bishop is responsible for all administrative functions for the Bishop. This full-time position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating the Bishop’s schedule, making travel arrangements, coordinating all materials for the Bishop’s meetings, processing all bills, and drafting all correspondence.
Successful candidates will have extensive experiences as an executive assistant, experience with formal business correspondence, knowledge of the Church structure and culture and be an active practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
