Parish Business Manager

Music Teacher (PK-Grade 8)

Extended Day Staff

Administrative Assistant (School Year)

Faith Formation Coordinator

Part-Time Secretary
Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Boothbay Harbor  

All Saints Parish is now accepting applications for a part-time secretary at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Boothbay Harbor. This position is for 12 hours per week (hourly position Monday, Tuesday and Thursday). Duties include answering calls, assisting with scheduling Mass intentions, helping to prepare paperwork as needed for Masses and funerals, being a liaison between local volunteers and parish staff, scheduling events, ordering supplies, restocking paper goods, and keeping an inventory of pastoral goods. If you are a friendly, multi-tasker with knowledge of basic computer skills (Windows/Office 365) and office equipment, this job is perfect for you. Previous secretarial/admin experience a plus, training will also be provided. Bookkeeper
All Saints Parish and St. John’s Catholic School, Brunswick

St. John’s Catholic School and All Saints Parish in Brunswick seek a part-time bookkeeper (20 hours per week). The bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records and the general ledger, ensuring timely deposits, record keeping, maintaining payable and cash requirement systems, preparing checks and monthly reconciliations/verifications, preparing budgets, processing payroll, and managing the school tuition database. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably with non-profit organizations. Familiar with Sage Intacct accounting software preferred, however, training will be provided. Technology Support Specialist

Facilities Manager
Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord, Old Town

The Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord in Old Town seeks a facilities manager to oversee, direct, and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the parish’s buildings and property at its four locations: Holy Family Church in Old Town, Our Lady of Wisdom/Newman Center in Orono, St. Ann Church in Bradley, and St. Ann Church of the Penobscot Nation. The facilities manager will be responsible for the routine maintenance of all parish buildings, equipment, and property; implementing and executing preventative maintenance schedules for each facility; supervising custodial staff and volunteers to ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of all interior and exterior areas; and engaging contractors/vendors to complete any necessary tasks.
