Lay Chaplain
MaineGeneral Medical Center, Augusta

There is an immediate opening for a lay chaplain to serve at MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta. The chaplain provides pastoral care to Catholic patients and their families collaborates with the pastors of the parishes located in the greater Augusta and Waterville areas. The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church and have completed at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or possess equivalent experience working in an institutional setting. Lifelong Faith Formation Coordinator
St. Matthew Parish, Limerick

St. Matthew Parish in Limerick seeks a lifelong faith formation coordinator to oversee all aspects of youth and adult faith formation at the parish and establish and maintain a lifelong faith formation curriculum that is consistent with Church teaching and engaging. The coordinator will develop a curriculum for all sacramental preparation programs and recruit and train staff and volunteers to lead these programs. Music/Liturgy Coordinator
St. Thérèse of Lisieux Parish, Sanford

St. Thérèse of Lisieux Parish in Sanford seeks a music/liturgy coordinator, who will be responsible for convening and leading a parish liturgy committee, for the planning and execution of all liturgical music, the recruiting and training of cantors and choirs, and working with other musicians and vocalists who provide music in the parish. This position will schedule all music for the Masses in the parish and play at least three Masses per weekend. The successful candidate will have a BFA (MA in liturgical music is preferred); proficiency in organ, piano, and choral directing; and familiarity with the liturgical calendar and the rhythm of the Catholic liturgy. Teacher (Grade 3)

Lead Preschool Teacher

Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Our Lady of the Snows Parish seeks a bookkeeper/office manager to be responsible for financial and parish office operations. Responsibilities include processing invoices and payroll, preparing financial reports and budgets, ordering supplies, and supervising the administrative assistant. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field, experience with financial software, and a willingness to learn new software, and knowledge of cash flow and budgeting. Facilities Manager
Our Lady of the Snows Parish, Dexter/Dover-Foxcroft

Our Lady of the Snows Parish seeks a facilities manager to be responsible for the physical plant needs of the parish. Responsibilities include managing projects, negotiating contracts for maintenance and construction projects, overseeing the maintenance staff, and being responsible for the safety and security of parish facilities. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with facility management or maintenance and experience negotiating contracts.  Supervisory experience preferred. Children’s Ministry Program Assistant

The parishes of Cluster 22 (St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish in Scarborough, St. Bartholomew Parish in Cape Elizabeth, and St. John and Holy Cross Parish in South Portland) seek a part-time children’s ministry program assistant to help develop and implement programs for young people (pre-kindergarten through eighth grade). General responsibilities include overseeing weekly faith formation sessions, assisting with sacramental preparation, and helping with special programs and events. Keyboardist/Choir Director

Resident Services Coordinators
Diocesan Bureau of Housing

The Diocesan Bureau of Housing has two immediate openings for resident services coordinators, one based in Sanford and one in Rockland. The resident coordinator assists residents in obtaining the services they need to maintain independence, self-sufficiency, and life satisfaction. These positions help residents identify their needs and coordinate existing resources to meet the needs. Responsibilities include maintaining a network of community social services, analyzing unmet needs, acting as a liaison between the housing location and the residents, and working with residents to create support systems and social programming.
