Director of Institutional Advancement
Saint Dominic Academy, Auburn/Lewiston

Saint Dominic Academy, with campuses in Auburn and Lewiston, seek a director of institutional advancement to serve as a leader and strategist of articulating the vision and mission of the academy. This position will set the organizational fundraising strategy, cultivate and solicit major gifts around the country, be responsible for the long-term financial fundraising strategy for the academy, and manage annual fundraising efforts. The director will grow a stakeholder base, including alumni and major donors, focused on soliciting major gifts for the expansion and growth of the academy. Administrative Assistant
St. Michael School, Augusta

Faith Formation Coordinator
St. Paul the Apostle Parish, Bangor

St. Paul the Apostle Parish in Bangor has an immediate opening for a faith formation coordinator (20-22 hours per week) to work closely with the pastor and/or pastoral life coordinator in developing and implementing the parish’s faith formation program for the pre-kindergarten through fifth grades and some adult programs. Teacher (Kindergarten)
St. James School, Biddeford

St. James School in Biddeford seeks a kindergarten teacher who would have one group all day and teach literacy, math, science, social studies, and religion. Students attend STREAM (Science-Technology-Religion-Engineering-Art-Math) class, PE class, music class, art class, and library class. Students are assessed using ESGI software, DRA, and take the NWEA to drive instruction. The teacher should be able to work with diverse learners in a kindergarten classroom, meeting their developmental needs. Bookkeeper
All Saints Parish/St. John’s Catholic School, Brunswick

St. John’s Catholic School and All Saints Parish in Brunswick seek a part-time bookkeeper (20 hours per week). The bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records and the general ledger, ensuring timely deposits, record keeping, maintaining payable and cash requirement systems, preparing checks and monthly reconciliations/verifications, preparing budgets, processing payroll, and managing the school tuition database. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably with non-profit organizations. Familiar with Sage Intacct accounting software preferred, however, training will be provided. Skilled Carpenter

There is an immediate opening for a skilled carpenter to work with DICON, the diocesan construction group. The successful candidate will have experience with finish carpentry, framing and roofing, and five years of carpentry experience. Must be willing to work at heights. Safety is our first priority. This position will work both independently and with supervision.  Travel is required including some overnights.  A valid driver’s license is also required.
