Business Manager

Music Minister
St. Jude Church, Freeport

Parish of the Holy Eucharist seeks a music minister for its 9:30 a.m. Novus Ordo Sunday Mass at St. Jude Church in Freeport. Candidates should possess strong liturgical playing skills on organ, piano, or both;  be responsible for planning and executing all liturgical music; and be committed to incorporating music from the vast Catholic treasury and traditional hymnody. Familiarity with chant and antiphons desired, or a willingness to learn. The music minister will also provide music for holy days, parish-wide liturgies, sacramental Masses, seasonal music events, and occasional weddings and funerals. Keyboardist/Choir Director
Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Boothbay Harbor

Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Boothbay Harbor seeks a year-round keyboardist/choir director with vision and enthusiasm to accompany weekend Masses, direct the choir, and play the keyboard for weddings and funerals. The keyboardist/choir director will also play for weekly choir practice, holy days, and seasonal services throughout the church year. Opportunities for additional services are possible. Office Support/Sexton
Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Boothbay Harbor

All Saints Parish seeks an office support/sexton for Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Boothbay Harbor. The position requires general office and pastoral secretarial work, including answering calls, assisting with scheduling Mass intentions, helping to prepare paperwork as needed for Masses, and being a liaison between local volunteers and parish staff. In addition, the position is responsible for the general cleaning of the facilities at Our Lady Queen of Peace. Afternoon Childcare Staff Member
All Saints Catholic School, Bangor

All Saints Catholic School in Bangor has an opening in its Extended Day Program for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and organized to work with children in the program (kindergarten through eighth grade). The staff member will assist with homework assignments, organize daily activities and crafts, clean, supervise playtime indoors and outdoors, and maintain a structured, fun, and safe environment for students. Fingerprinting and completion of the Protecting God’s Children program will be required. Skilled Carpenter
DICON (Diocesan Construction Group)

There is an immediate opening for a full-time skilled carpenter to work with DICON, the diocesan construction group in the Diocese of Portland. The successful candidate will have experience with finish carpentry, framing, and roofing, and five years of carpentry experience. Ability to read blueprints is a plus. Must be willing to work at heights. Safety is our first priority. This position will work both independently and with supervision. Travel is required including some overnights. A valid driver’s license is also required. The workweek is Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We offer medical, dental, life and long-term disability insurances as well as paid vacation and sick days.
