Kindergarten Teacher

After School Program Director

School Nurse
St. Brigid School, Portland

St. Brigid School in Portland is hiring two part-time nurses for the 2020-2021 school year. Duties will include administering COVID-19 protocols such as temperature and symptom screenings prior to admittance to school and the after school program, managing the care of students/staff who become sick during the day, managing health records, completing state immunization reports, and coordinating a flu clinic, hearing screening, and vision screening. In addition, the nurses will administer basic first aid on an as needed basis, maintain injury reports, and be responsible for notifying parents of student illness or injury. Applicants should hold a current nursing license. All candidates are subject to background checks, fingerprinting, and will be required to attend the Protecting God’s Children program. Morning nurse hours are 7 a.m. to noon, while the afternoon nurse hours are noon to 5 p.m. Pay compensable by experience. Coordinator of Youth and College Ministry
Prince of Peace Parish, Lewiston

Prince of Peace Parish in Lewiston has an opening for a coordinator of youth and college ministry. This position is first and foremost a relational ministry that invites youth (Grades 6-12) and college students at the Bates campus into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. Director of Youth Ministry

Keyboardist/Choir Director
Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Boothbay Harbor

Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Boothbay Harbor seeks a year-round keyboardist/choir director with vision and enthusiasm to accompany weekend Masses, direct the choir, and play the keyboard for weddings and funerals. Certified Chaplain

St. Mary’s Health System seeks a certified chaplain for St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Lewiston. The chaplain’s responsibility is to provide clinically based pastoral ministry within a Catholic healthcare system with love and compassion to patients, families, significant others, and employees during times of illness, injury, or crisis. The Spiritual Care & Chaplaincy Services Department carries on the healing ministry of Christ, creating a gentle, caring presence within the system that promotes spiritual health and healing through support, prayer, reflection, advocacy, and education. Requirements include a master’s degree in theology or a related field, or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will hold certification by the National Association of Catholic Chaplains or another COMISS recognized certifying body (i.e. AAPC, APC, ACPE, NAJC, NACAC). Resident Services Coordinators

The Diocesan Bureau of Housing has two immediate openings for resident services coordinators, one based in Sanford and one in Rockland. The resident coordinator assists residents in obtaining the services they need to maintain independence, self-sufficiency, and life satisfaction. These positions help residents identify their needs and coordinate existing resources to meet the needs. Responsibilities include maintaining a network of community social services, analyzing unmet needs, acting as a liaison between the housing location and the residents, and working with residents to create support systems and social programming.
