Assistant to the Department of Ministerial Services
Diocese of Portland

The Diocese of Portland seeks a full-time assistant to the Department of Ministerial Services. This position’s responsibilities include assisting the directors of the various offices in the department, including the Office of Vocations, the Office of Seminarians, the Office of Ongoing Formation/Vicar for Priests, and the Office of the Diaconate. The assistant also coordinates Totus Tuus, the summer faith formation program for Grades 1-12. The successful candidate will possess experience as an administrative assistant and be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church. Accounting Supervisor
Diocese of Portland

The Diocese of Portland seeks to hire an accounting supervisor. The position is responsible for overseeing the diocese’s accounting services, performing quarterly reviews for entities, reconciling bank and investment accounts, and posting various journal entries. Qualified candidates will possess five or more years of accounting and supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (CPA preferred), and excellent organizational and communication skills. Assistant Faith Formation Coordinator (One Position)

The Catholic parishes in Cape Elizabeth, South Portland, and Scarborough seek a full-time assistant faith formation coordinator who will aid in the development and implementation of programs for our young people from pre-kindergarten through high school.  Responsibilities include overseeing weekly K-5 faith formation sessions and assisting with the middle school and high school youth ministry programs. This position provides an opportunity to help families grow in their faith and inspire youth to be lifelong Catholics.
