The Roman Catholic Diocese of Portland is seeking to hire a full-time assistant to the Department of Ministerial Services.  This position’s responsibilities include assisting administratively the various office directors, including the Office of Vocations and Seminarians, the Office of Ongoing Formation/Vicar for Priests, the Office of the Diaconate, and various chaplaincies. The successful candidate must have at least three years of administrative assistant experience, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, competency with Windows-based computer programs and Microsoft Office, and be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
