Circle of Grace Workshop

Gather with Circle of Grace national trainer Mary McGuire and peers from across Maine to learn and enhance your skills for providing this important Catholic safe environment program.

A Train-the-Trainer Workshop will be held at three locations on September 8, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Why should you attend?

  • You are a new parish catechetical leader, youth minister, or Catholic school teacher.
  • You will receive a review of the overall program.
  • You will learn about updated Circle of Grace program components.
  • You will have a chance to share questions and insights after using the program for one year.
  • It will help you better support local families in creating safe, faith-filled environments for everyone.

Please note:

  • Anyone attending the workshop will be considered a Circle of Grace trainer for their parish or school and will be expected to train local catechists/teachers to present the Circle of Grace program.
  • While this no-fee workshop is open to new and long-serving parish catechetical leaders, parish youth ministry leaders, and Catholic school leaders serving the Diocese of Portland, no-shows may be invoiced $15 for food.

This workshop is sponsored by the Office of Lifelong Faith Formation through the assistance of a Catholic Foundation of Maine grant.
