Diocesan Construction (DICON)
There is an immediate opening for a skilled carpenter to work with DICON, the diocesan construction group. The successful candidate will have experience with finish carpentry, framing and roofing, and at least five years of carpentry experience. Possessing the ability to read blueprints is a plus, and you must be willing to work at heights. This position will work both independently and with supervision. Requirements include some travel and a valid driver’s license. The work week runs from Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The diocese offers medical, dental, life and long-term disability insurances as well as paid vacation and sick days. Food Service Director

The Marie Joseph Spiritual Center is a Roman Catholic 501(c) (3) non-profit retreat center sponsored by the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary. The center seeks an experienced and dynamic food service director to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in preparing healthy food, knowledge of special diets and allergens, excellent and effective interpersonal and communications skills, and strong knowledge of health and food safety standards and regulations. Possessing a strong organizational ability, time management skills, and an understanding of managing a food service department is imperative. The food service director will also train and manage kitchen personnel, monitor food and labor costs, and maintain a safe work environment. At least seven years of food service experience and three years of experience in a supervisory/management role are preferred.
